Thomas is a very popular character in The Princess and
The Pickle household.The Princess has
always enjoyed watching the episodes and reading the books and now that she has
passed her Thomas collection down to The Pickle he’s a big fan!
We were lucky enough to go to the premiere of Blue Mountain Mystery last year, which was The Pickle’s very first cinema experience
and since then he’s loved watching Thomas & Friends on DVD but insists that
we have popcorn and “Thomas water” because we did at the cinema!
When the postman delivered a new DVD for us to watch,
The Pickle saw the HIT Entertainment logo on the package and instantly knew it
was something to do with Thomas!He was
very excited to sit down and watch this one rainy afternoon last week.

The episodes include many of the usual characters who The
Pickle already knows and loves, but there is also a new character, Stafford, an
electric engine.I like the fact there
are lessons to be learnt in every Thomas & Friends episode and The Pickle
is starting to follow and understand the storylines more now he’s getting older,
as he loves trying to recreate the scenes afterwards with his toy trains!
