Well, what little weight I have lost since Christmas is about to be put straight back on after making these yummy 'Chocky Rocky' cakes today! The Pickle and I made them for Daddy's 30th birthday this weekend, so it would be rude not to have one... or two.
They are so easy to make and a great way of using up any leftover Christmas chocolate and biscuits.
Step 1. Melt some chocolate in a bowl, break up some biscuits (digestives work best but on this occasion I used some chocolate chip shortbread we had left from Christmas) and mix it up!
Step 2. Scoop into cases and pop in the fridge to set. See, easy! I'll admit they aren't the most appealing of cakes to look at, but they do taste delicious!
Step 3. Empty any remaining cooled mixture from the bowl and ensure it passes the toddler taste test!
